$ sudo apt-get install python3-pip
$ sudo pip3 install --upgrade jupyter

$ jupyter notebook

! etc
Esc m  move to mark-down mode (inserting comments)
Esc dd  delete a cell
ctrl + Enter   launch the commands
Alt + Enter    next "In" line

!トラブル: Ubuntu 16.04でjupyter notebookが動かない。サーバーへ接続できない。
* 原因: aptで入るpython3は(2020/02/10現在), v3.5.2。これは最新のipythonではサポートされていない。
* 解決: ipythonのバージョンを下げてインストールする:
$ sudo apt purge ipython3 ipython
$ pip3 install ipython==7.9
$ pip3 install jupyter
